Return & Exchange

At T Square, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out and you may need to exchange or return your purchase.

All items are inspected and quality checked before printing and dispatch but still there may be a chance of error. To initiate a refund or exchange you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization, by sending us your order number, date of receipt, and images of merchandise via an email at care@tsquareprinters.com or contacting us at below given numbers. It is our top priority to serve you the best way possible.

What can be Returned / Not Returned

  • Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we cannot accept return or exchange of any item unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, faulty or defective.
  • If you have not requested a return within 7 days of receiving your order, we will have assumed you are keeping the goods and will not authorise a return.
  • We do not accept items that have noticeable wear or makeup stains.
  • We do not refund or exchange for Change of Mind, Errors in approved proofs, Shipping or Stock delays or if the customer chooses the Wrong Garment Size. 
  • Please note that sizing may vary between body types and styles. If you have any question regarding how a garment may fit, please be consulted at our size chart on the side of each product or contact as at for further guidance. Note: sizing measurements online may vary within +-2cm.
  • If we accidently send you wrong size, color or print than what you ordered, we would be happy to exchange it for you with no additional courier charges.
  • Tampered merchandise will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Customer must read Garment Care instructions given on each item page to avoid damaging the fabric or print. 
  • Garment colors and prints may vary slightly than actual images on the website. 
  • T Square reserves the right to decide about the best possible printing method to suit customer artwork and fabric of product ordered. 
  • T Square reserves the right to refuse if the exchange/refund request is not qualified by our policies explained above.

If the refund is genuine and authorised, refunds will be issued to the customer’s provided bank account. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, however, in case of receiving a wrong item, we will cover the shipping charges for both sides.
